冈山的寿司是有一点特色的，她是所谓的押寿司，就是把海带过裹着鱼和米饭紧紧的圈卷在一起。我是白买了这家的外带寿司套装，在火车上，配着无酒精的啤酒，欣赏着窗外的风景慢慢的品尝的，味道都很好，有一点酸酸的醋味。
